- We do not offer partial shipping for orders. Orders may only be split if required by specific customs regulations in certain countries.
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and is non-refundable.
- Please note that shipping timelines do not include order processing times. For the most accurate delivery estimates, refer to the shipping timeline provided at checkout.
- The shipping timelines provided are approximate and do not account for weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays with the courier, such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs delays, high shipping volumes, traffic, or strikes. If your shipment has not arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.
We ship to the following countries. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.
- North America: United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Europe: United Kingdom

Shipping rates do not include customs duties or service fees. Deliveries may be subject to additional charges imposed by local customs authorities, which are beyond THEMIAO’s control. As we are unable to provide estimates for these costs, we recommend consulting your local customs office for further details. Please note that THEMIAO cannot reimburse any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Order
Have an Account?
Log in to your THEMIAO account and navigate to “Orders” to check your order status. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress as it makes its way to you.
Don’t Have an Account?
You can create one now using the same email address used to place your order, and it will automatically appear under “Orders”.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us, and we will cancel your order so you can place it again with the correct shipping address.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped (as indicated by the email with tracking details), we are unable to update the shipping address.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Typically, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel it, please contact us. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
Return & Exchange
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges online at this time. All sales are final.
